Foul Ball Caught After Contact with Batter's Helmet

Out or not?

I can't remember if this was a full swing or a bunt attempt. After the batter makes contact the ball goes directly into the batter's face mask. The catcher then catches the ball before it hits the ground.

Batter hit by a batted ball while in the box is a dead ball-foul ball. At least that's my best guess.
