All-Star Game at CO Sparkler Jr

My daughter got the invite as well, guess we won't be participating if it's not a recruitment opportunity. They certainly sell it like it is. This will be her first (probably only) time at the Sparkler. Thanks for the info, everyone.

I saw more college coaches at the academic all star game in Colorado than I have ever seen at any one game. There were more colleges there than there were parents/fans. Crystl Bustos was one of the team coaches.
DD2 got an invite. The 14U All-Star game is at SkyView Complex in CO Springs. DD2 team is in the Super 48 Power Pool in Erie. We're staying in Loveland. Loveland to the Springs is 2 to 3 hours of driving with traffic. We're not doing it. There will be more Coaches at Erie for the time we will be there. More than makes up for not going to All Star game.
The "regular" 14U teams are all playing in CSprings this year. Given the Power Pool teams and the older age groups are all playing up North it's unlikely that many coaches will be in attendance down south.
