Still seems strange to me that they got busted. Auburn is a college town and I have to believe that the Auburn police would prefer to not have to deal with marijuana use and low-level possession. I realize that Alabama isn't Colorado when it comes to marijuana, but attitudes are changing everywhere.

Likely put the cop in a position that he had to act.
1 part controlled substance + 1 part paraphernalia + 3 parts crappy attitude = A room for 3 at Silver Bar Hilton. Like they say you may avoid the charge but you still take the ride.
