Trust me these game's were 2 Important to let others get reps in to evaluate or have fun but thats why we lost didnt keep the best players in there and at the right positions. And thats why we never advance. We have a great core but doesnt use them like they should be used

From what I am reading, it's a never-ending string of reasons why the HC is terrible. If things are at all as bad as the picture you're painting, it sounds a LOT to me like you need to find another place for your DD to play.

If you have discussed your dislike of the HC with other parents, it's very possible that HC is aware of the conflict, and is adjusting the situation to encourage your departure.

Have you thought about coaching your own team?

This is a bit extreme. It's January. There aren't any important games this time of year.

And the rest of the team is never going to develop if they aren't given a chance. It's 13U, losing a game (any game) at 13U isn't going to jeopardize the chance of any of those girls playing in college.

If this is such a great organization it's a little unclear why there is Daddy ball going on like this. If it really is this bad then yes I would solidify the common complaints and present them to the right person at the organization. Complaints can also sometimes be couched in terms of this guy isn't the right fit for this group, or this age. But if it's atrocious daddy ball there might not be a very politic way of putting it.

I don't mind coaches that don't play every game only to win. Every tournament isn't the world series. Let girls get a shot at different positions - you never know where a girl will shine til she gets a shot. But if the coach is really that terrible it's pretty obvious what you need to do. Even if he's not that terrible, it's probably better for you to find a new team. That kind of negativity doesn't go away and it's probably affecting everyone.

Every good organization has a bad team or 3 these days. They most often are not weeded out because they generate bodies and revenue. The bottom line is it is counter productive to be on a team without proper instruction, and an unhealthy environment. If this continues she will most likely not be prepared to make the top teams in the organization when the opportunity arises anyway. There is a team for every player, but every player will not fit on every team.

Just a update the team is getting worse there are only a handful of girls who are trying and the HC isn't doing a God damn thing about it.Its disgusting to see nothing done by our HC and now a parent meeting is now getting together to get with this HC and either he changes or quits because the players don't respect him. And now players are not giving a shirt and now screwing off so its time for the main guy of the head of the organization to be told and something done.I wont be back next year on his team. My daughter has had had offers from better teams to play with but now just have to wait. But we will fill in if they need help.

Unfortunately coach is in a tough spot right now, and as they say leopards can't change their spots. Here's the issue going forward. Even if coach changes his ways it will be very difficult to rite the ship with the current team. The coach has lost the players that care because they simply don't think they are respected or the coach cares. Not a good scenario with girls. If girls think you respect them, support them and have their best interest in mind they will go through a wall for you. If not, not so much. Also, a change in the other direction, to tighten the reigns so to speak, can cause those who have been running a muck to rebel because until now they have been able to do as they please.

Keep in mind that your situation is not really unique unfortunately. There are many teams out there that have similar issues. As Eric stated I am also having a difficult time seeing how this can be a good healthy fit for you or your DD.

Good organizations want all of their teams to represent well. Therefore, if your claims are justified and substantiated by other parents on the team, I would suggest talking with the head of the organization. They may decide not to do anything until the end of the season, but at least they will know before they agree to renew the coaches contract for next season.
