I recall that they offered a pretty good Black Friday deal on the ball coach. You might want to watch for that next year if you don't get one before then.

Yep, I looked high and low around black Friday and cyber Monday and couldn't find anything. Kneehighsocks found a deal but I don't know where.

I have no doubt they do make a good product. It has worked great for me for well over a year.

Update: I emailed them again and recieved a phone call from them within a couple hours. Apparently there is an issue with their email going through to me they did try to send and email back when I first contacted them. They made me a sweet offer to return my standard model and upgrade to the ball coach. So I guess I owe them an apology. I was just frustrated and should have attempted to contact them again.

I think that maybe your SPAM filter may have not let it go through to your in-box. I think those who are registered on their website received an e-mail, so maybe it's worth registering in order to get advance notice if they run it again in the future. It was also posted in a Black Friday thread on DFP:

You are right. The special deals are only sent out to people that are on our mailing list. They usually get sent out about once a quarter. They are not published anywhere on the web. If you sign up on our mailing list we will send you notices of special deals and any new product announcements. We only send these out once in a while since we do not fill up your mailbox with lots of daily Spam messages like you get from some lists. Thank you for your response. I just returned from a business trip out of the country. I did receive the new unit and it is fantastic. When contacted by phone it was clear Pocket Radar's customer service is great and I apologize for my original post. I understand email issues are out of your control. Typically any email flagged as spam is caught by our Barracuda Fire wall and then I receive notification emails that there are quarantined messages and have the option to deliver them but for some reason it didn't show up. Again I apologize and should have just attempted to contact your company again.

Gladys was excellent to deal with! I had a few parents ask me if I like my pocket radar :) I couldn't be more happy to share how much I love it and the service! Excellent company!
