I would like to get my DD a glove that won't break the bank. Any recommendations? She is a 16u pitcher.

My 16u DD has this in the 12.5" version (for outfield) and the matching catcher's mitt. - http://amzn.to/2fG7sMX
It does use a 3 finger setup instead of the traditional 4....but it is a great glove for the money.

The All-Star glove mentioned by tritonfastpitch is a very good choice. All-Star's gloves are really well built from good materials.
The Mizuno MVP series has been getting better, and the current models are a pretty good value.
Another really good option would be to contact DFP'er Drakemir and have him recommend a Vinci glove to fit your needs and budget. Vincis are excellent.

Unless you are in a place where shopping options are really limited, go around to a few stores and just find one she likes. We custom-ordered a couple of gloves from a very high-end company and were just "meh" when they arrived - wish we would have had the opportunity to try them before ordering. No substitute for seeing how it feels - JMHO of course!

My DD is younger than yours but this is a women's glove, and they have 12" if 11.75" is too small. We were looking to stay under $100-150 and she's loved her Mizuno Prospect gloves but they just never held up. So far this one seems to be made of tougher stuff and she absolutely loves it.
