Following your post. My daughter is picking up with a team playing there this weekend. She has played in the Summer D9, not well attended by coaches. But we have heard the Fall & Winter D9 showcase are very well attended by coaches & good competitive teams.

We are in this for the first time as well. We just finished the Elite Florida Classic and it had a decent amount of coaches in attendance, so I'd expect this one to have even more. Schedules are out and there are a ton of strong teams spread out among 4 different field locations, so I'm guessing the coaches will be spread out as well.

Is the schedule posted? We haven't gotten it yet from our coach (and I am sure we will soon) - just eager to see what is in store!

Unless you are at one of the 6 main fields (10-15) at WWOS do not expect to see many coaches. Then again as with any showcase if you do not already have coaches coming to see your players and your plan is for them to just show up and get "discovered", you are wasting your time and money. :)

Yes, it's posted. Kind of tough to find. you have to register or log in to the tool they use and you can find the schedule for all teams

We got a great draw in reference to the fields. Probably as good as can be expected. DD has been sending out emails. Just hoping to get on the radar at this point.

***just noticed you mentioned fields 10 - 15 as the main fields. if that's the case, maybe we don't have as good as I thought but still feel good about it as all are at wwos with 2 games in the stadium.

Excellent advice here. Last year one of DD's 14u teams in her org. from SoCal went there and they played on fields 30 minutes away from the main fields and very few college coaches showed up. Complete waste of money for these families. Buyer beware.

There are 400+ teams attending and 200-250 college coaches expected. I don't think it's a waste of money at all, if your players do their due diligence and get their letters/emails out. We have had several players recruited and verballed as a result of this showcase in the past.

Being on the four main fields at WWOS is a pretty big deal. That's where the majority of the coaches hang out. We have been off-site in the past and have not seen many coaches. But I know they do come if they're looking at specific players.
