I read you commented on Kretschman's rear foot 'pigeon toed'.

How to do this:
- Setup with as much Pigeon-toe as you can handle
- Really get into the ground with inside of the back foot along the padding of the big toe. Really feel the inward pressure
- Now, use your low back, your mid back and most importantly your scap to resist any inward pressure. Feel like your hip is pulling around.
- Now Drive forward while trying to never give up the resistance on the back side.
- You must not slide the hips or shift the weight forward. You want to feel as if your weight is staying stacked over the back side during the stride.

Do this until your head starts to lower automagically. The extreme Pigeon Toe will not let you stride far before the forward momentum is arrested. Do this over and over.

Her stance is even more open now, if I remember from watching her recently. She's almost totally facing the pitcher, I think. But she quickly comes out of it. I don't think it's all that meaningful, just interesting.

The pigeon toe (I call it pinching in) it keeps the knee inside the ball of the back foot and promotes the energy going forward in the stride, and it helps to get the hips turned quicker once the front side starts firming up... been teaching this for several years

Anybody got hitting video of Kelly Kretschman? I found this, but you have to wade through a survey to get to it. Is it possible to get a gif out of this?

She's probably the best hitter in softball today.

Kelly Kretschman, an outfielder for the Florida USSSA Pride, became the first-ever National Pro Fastpitch (NPF) player to achieve the batting Triple Crown this week.

Kretschman, at 36 years old, is one of the oldest players in the league, yet is only getting better with age. She led the NPF this year in batting average (.466), home runs (13) and RBIs (45) to earn the Triple Crown distinction.

Last year, Kretschman won her first NPF Player of the Year award, hitting .338 with seven home runs and 22 RBIs. The University of Alabama alum's production only went up exponentially in 2016. This is Kretschman's 11th year in NPF and she has helped lead her teams to five championships, most recently in 2014 with the Pride.
