So nI bought my daughter the A200 12" glove and this thing after a year still hasn't broke in and giving her trouibkle squeezing the glove.

Question is what is a real good glove that is already broke in and softball ready in the size 12" maybe 11/3.4 size Infield

I've never seen such a thing as an already broke in glove. I make a mallet out of a softball and bolt through it as a handle
oil the glove and just pound the pocket like a hammer

My daughter (3B/SS/2B) has used a Shoeless Jane 11.75" H Web pocket for over two years. It is as close to "broken-in" as you will find.

I know some people are afraid of "stretching" their DD's glove if they catch with it, but I have helped break in every new glove my DD has gotten since 12U (I could not get my hand in her 10U glove). Go out and play catch with your DD. It will give you some father/daughter time and help break in her glove.

A used one on Ebay or at Play It Again Sports...

Just did this last week at Play it Again Sports. You really need to look through all of the used gloves and you may need to stop in there often for a few weeks (luckily ours is right next to the grocery store, so I'm able to pop in there a couple of times a week). We found a nice Mizuno that was probably only used one season. It's broken in nicely but in great shape. Plus, I traded in an old glove, bat, and helmet that we no longer need, so I ended up getting it for about half price with my store credit! So far DD is very happy with it.

Second the Shoeless Jane. Was worried at first how soft the glove was but after 3 years of school and travel ball, its still holding up well. The glove we have is a 12.5 basket web that bug uses to play ss and 2nd.

I stop by every so often looking for good deals on used bats.
