I would suggest you get a warm-up session first before getting into the game this will definitely help you improve your game. I like your spirit of completing 4 more teams. All the very best.
Throw hard into a tarp tied to a soft toss net. At least gets arm moving and blood flowing.
A Bownet works well too if it has the ball sleeve built in - then you do not need to carry around a tarp.
