I have a dilemma that might not be as bad as i think? After 6 months of thinking whether my DD stay playing with her travel team i finally said no more! The reasons are various starting from the lack of discipline, respect, lack of quality practices and many more... She will stay with her High school team but they only practice once per week and 1 game per week since this is fall season. She is a freshman and the chances that she make the varsity team in January are very high but that is 3 months from now. My dilemma is that i am not sure if we should find another team so she can play until December?
Advice needed please!!

JMO the more experience gained through games the better.
I don't believe any High School Coach wouldn't want their players playing at the highest level possible. Find a good quality team that can compete at the highest level your DD can play. She won't get better just playing High School Ball.
For 2 months I would not do it unless she will also be on the Team after HS. Survive or guest play trying to find a Team for the summer.
I do not know how much she has been playing but a couple month break might be a good opinion too.

What does your DD want to do? She is 14 or 15 right and old enough to make her own decisions (well on this anyway)? Does she want to join a team? Just pickup with some teams? Or even just take a break.
Even If she decides not to play - she is still getting some games in with her HS team and still practicing so it is going to have little to no effect long term at all. A few weeks of no travel ball isn't that big of a deal especially if she has been playing since she was young.
