So Cal
My DD spent the last year wearing red/white/blue gear (old team colors) with her new black/grey/white team. Since we are staying with the team for at least the next year, I decided to splurge on a new custom set of All-Star gear in the appropriate colors.

I have offered to replace the red web on her Vinci mitt with a black one, but she doesn't want to change a thing on it.

Nice. :) I just recently got my DD the same Pro Motion gear in the adult size up from intermediate. She's muuuuch happier. I also lucked out in finding all blue, which is her team colors. Since the Pro Motion is discontinued I got it for a pretty sweet price.

The catcher on DD team has very similar (all silver) colored catching gear. Her nickname is now 'The Tin Man'.

One of the other catchers on my DD's team has that gear, and it looks great for our team. Unfortunately, my DD is built with long calves, and the women's legs (14.5") are too short for her. She's in the 15.5" men's size.

If you can share a source where Pro Motion gear is still available, it would be much appreciated!

Eric, very curious to hear your DD's opinions of the All-star gear vs the pro motion since I think she had that too.

She had the ProMo chest, but not the legs. She's been in All-Star legs for about 4 years. She loved the comfort and movement of the ProMo chest. She feels like the All-Star offers a little bit more impact absorption, but isn't quite as comfortable as the ProMo.

Hmm, thought she had the legs as well. Would love to have some side by side comparisons of the two. I don't think Wilson put as much thought into their newest versions, just from pictures.
