Last spring DD's coach started with breaking games up a little bit, sometimes all 3 would pitch, then 2nd half the 3 pitchers all always pitched full games.
We have had 6 games in fall now, 1 anomaly where P wanted out last inning, otherwise they all pitch the entire game.
No complaints but not the way I would go about it.
We have 5 good pitchers. DD pitched 1st game and last game, full game so on paper she is off this Sunday which is fine.
Not sure why eveyone pitches complete game, DD included. Innings are going to be close been all of them so innings is not an Issue.
I think I would break game in half and have a minimum of 2 pitchers each game.
