You are welcome. I would suggest checking out the All Star System 7 helmets. Not sure if others have this ability, but the All Star's forehead pad comes out easily. DD likes to have spare pad iced and switches them out easily between innings during hot Summer games. Chin pad adjusts too to give it a tight fit against lower jaw. I would suggest buying the best helmet you can afford then spending the rest of budget on guards and chest protector. DD has taken some really hard shots from foul tips and back swings with the All Star with no issues so far...knock on wood...

It is not the same gear. The chest and legs are almost exact but the helmet fits a lot different according to my DD. She loves her Boombah gear, but we sent the helmet back and she is still using her old Boombah DEFCON v1 helmet.
