My 12U DD is playing 1B. Our third catcher is behind the plate.
The batter hits a dribbler to the pitcher. The runner hesitates while the pitcher scoops the ball and fires to my DD at first for the second out. In one motion, my DD catches the ball, steps on the bag and fires a laser just in front of home on the 3B side. The catcher reaches out and catches the ball just as the runner runs into her glove. Inning over! Crowd goes wild! Fantastic play by all three kids. The catcher actually didn't know if she caught it. We win in the bottom of the inning.
