Yes it was in a league game but it’s still her first! It was against our TB teams ace pitcher so it wasn’t just a gimme. She also knocked one about a foot in front of the fence during the previous AB. She was so pumped that she was even pitching harder the next inning, even though she pinged a girl in the knee (ouch). Great memories for us both!

I am curious though - was she still trying to over run 1B? Or was that just a really wide turn?
