DD 11 hit her first homerun yesterday! A 2 run homer over the left field fence!! I jumped up and down like a fool, and only held in the tears by sharing with everyone I know
Then 2 games later, she hit her 2nd homerun! this time it was a 3 run homer. This field does have a very strange set up. Left field is shallow, they try to circumvent that by putting up a chain link green monster in left field, and probably only play 10u there, that didn't keep her down It is crazy how you can see the ball hit the bat and know it's gone. It's a thing of beauty.
