I have two daughters that play HS softball, a junior and a freshmen.

At last night's game my freshman daughter hit her first out of the park home run playing for the Sophomore team. She also had two doubles and a single. She also was the winning pitcher, third game she pitched this week.

On the varsity team my junior daughter pitched an 8 inning 4-3 win, she had five strike outs. She is still recovering from an illness she had a couple of weeks prior. Cant wait to see when she is feeling 100% and her batting is back to normal.

Looking forward to an exciting HS season, just not sure at times what will create the excitement other than my daughters play.

Congratulations to your DDs.

That is a poor statement. If you are watching games to see your DDs play you are missing most the fun.

Not missing it, just not engaging those moments. I let my daughters do the talking on the field, and let the clueless parents continue on their merry way.
