    Headfirst Honor Roll Camp?

    DFP, DD just received a invite to a Headfirst Honor Roll Camp. Does anyone have any experience at one of these camps? If so, how was it? I am asking mainly because the cost is much more than the normal camp.

    Thanks Bill Hillhouse for the article post. After reading it, I ran across a video analysis on youtube of Folkard. During the analysis, Mike White mentioned a 2nd push....this leads to my question to the forum. Can females legally perform a 2nd push? Does anyone have any thoughts/experience...

    DD looked over my shoulder one day at my email and saw an invite from the Captain U recruiting service and would like to create a profile. I am always skeptical of those. Any thoughts/experience on this service? Positive/Negatve definitely are both welcome.

    Preturn = Speed Killer???

    I have read from various sources that advise against a preturn of the foot before pushing off the rubber. I watched a youtube video of Ueno from the side and it looks like she does a preturn before her final push. Does anyone have strong thoughts on the preturn and why? For/against is welcome.

    Pitcher Forearm Protection wit Pitcher Arm Protection while Batting

    DD throws right and bats left playing 14u. We have the Evoshield batting gloves and they work great but she just got hit on the forearm. I have 2 questions...1. What are some good products for protecting the forearm? 2. Are there any that have successfully dealt with this issue? Thanks...

    10u 2hr time limit:(

    The time limit for dd#2 rec games has been extended to 2 hours. I am looking for ideas to keep the girls into the game the whole time. Any ideas appreciated.

    Thanks feature from DFP mobile app??

    Silly me....99.9999% of the time, I access DFP from the mobile app. I happpened to log on from my computer and noticed the thanks feature/metrics which is really cool. Question: Does anyone know how to use the thanks feature from the android mobile app?

    UCF/FLA IP call to break up a scoreless game

    0-0 Florida/UCF in the 6th. UCF loses 2-1. Tough break. I only saw a brief replay and did not get a good look but i did not see a replant so I am guessing it was for leaping. Did anyone get a good look?

    Michigan/Alabama

    Arm Position when stride foot lands...

    DD arm position is closer to 3 o'clock when stride foot lands. My video study of many pros/college pitchers appear to have a arm position closer to 1:30/2. What is the most optimal position when the stride foot lands and are there any drills to help with this?

    Toe Drag on the power line?

    Working with 14 yr old DD on dragging before the stride foot lands and she asked me should she drag on the power line. I did notice that Ueno and some others appear to do this so I told her to give it a shot. She drags a bit to the left of the power line and had a lot of trouble dragging...
