Umpires giving verbal warnings to players
Watched my dd pitch at a TB tournament this weekend. Home plate umpire came out and issued my dd a verbal warning for spinning inside pitches towards the batter. Runner taking a step backwards on way to 1st Base
I was watching ASU game (I believe) within the last two weeks. There were runners on 1st and 2nd and less than two outs.
