Parent files bullying report against Texas high school coach after 91-0 rout

Rules Schmooles - Coach Team/Dugout/Parent etc. rules....who's got 'em?
I think the rules need to be a little different for age and depending on your specific team. Alot of new girls, attitudes in general, parents attitudes, etc. I have coached girls before and am currently coaching 14u boys baseball but here is what my team rules are based on being new to coaching...- fpdad01

Things to say to a pitcher when she can't find the zone
I love this ... I did this as a coach one time when my pitcher was hitting the corners and the ump was not interested in calling strikes. Question for coaches
My daughter was in a similar situation. She could pitch well early on in her softball career. She has played 3rd, ss, 2nd, outfield and catcher all very effective and she was a varsity starter all four years of high school either at 3rd or ss depending on the teams need. I applaud your attempt to be diplomatic however your doing a disservice to your daughter and her abilities and possible future if you allow her to be undercoached. Maybe you miss understood ... I'm not advocating to run inside the line. A slight inside path to 1st, staying in the line, is what I meant. Yes, the umpire was exactly correct. However, depending on what the batter executes is dependent on what line she takes to 1st base.
