    Insider Bat

    Drills to get them to feel the proper use of lower half

    I am having a cahallenging time getting kids to use their lower half. Are there any specific drills that can help them get the proper feeling. I guess I am not doing a very good job of describing becasue I am seeing very little improvement. Thanks!

    College Recruiting Services

    Are college recruiting services a) woth the money or b) needed? My kid is being asked to join a service and I wonder if it's beneficail. She is not D1 material not yet anyway. So maybe dII or dIII. Can't her HS cocach and us do the same thing? Do college coaches like recruiting services?

    I am looking for a decent quality hitting net for the garage. I don't want to spend a ton of money. Anyone here have any insight as what model would work. I have seen a couple 7x7 nets for $125 or so that look ok. I don't want to buy junk as there is a lot of that out there! Thanks
