In Federation Fast-Pitch, when a Pitcher/Catcher conference takes place, are baserunners (especially the one on 2nd), allowed to leave their bases and cross the foul lines to confer with a base coach? Either I read somewhere that they cannot, or I dreamed it. I can't find the rule that...- varefump
