    Where to get more power?

    For improving power look to track and field’s med ball training for throwers. Keep the ball 4 to 6 lbs. Speed is the key. These are fun workouts that don’t take long. Intention is what matters not tired, sweaty, or sore.

    At 10 I don’t think you can beat a Mizuno prospect. At around $30 you buy one this year a bigger one next. Then at 12 when she’s bigger and stronger get a glove that actually needs broken in.
