Keeping the arm bent on backside of arm circle
I feel like my DD can keep her arm bent when going slow but when she speeds up she likes to straighten her arm. I feel this is her missing link to get to the next level. Any drills or ideas you can recommend? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- Sweetclemens

Mound time vs team

Pitching at 43 feet
My DD played up last wkend. This was her first time pitching at 43 feet. I was a little worried bc she doesn’t throw that fast. I was impressed how well she did. Her CU was low, her drop ball dropped and her curve and rise were great. Was this just a lucky day or did the extra distance help her...- Sweetclemens

Changing pitching styles
My DD just turned 11 and has been the best pitcher on the team for 2 years now. She pitches 43 mph which may be slower than the other girls but she is very accurate.
