    WHIP Calculations

    Does a hit ball count towards Hits against a pitcher if the batter gets out? Like I've seen people saying their kids best inning was 3-5 pitches, but wouldn't that be an inning WHIP of 3?!? And a Hit Batter is a separate stat, correct? Not as a walk.
