    Bat Recommendation

    I am not one to weight bats. That said there is a Bat Weight Data thread pinned with some current weights. From what I have read, the 2024 GA is closer to sticker then past Easton bats. Could be 0.5 oz +/- of the sticker weight.

    Bat Recommendation

    The 2024 GA swing better and has more pop then the 2023 double barrel based on my eye test and according to my daughter who swings them. There are several members who can help you with bats from most manufacturers. Core Softball is my go to resource.

    Wilson dropped a "35% off select gloves" for those in the market for a glove. might be something you like there. and Easton posted this "25% Off Sitewide Sale For Black Friday Weekend" and Remington has this to offer "Put away those leftovers and enjoy 20% off regular-priced merchandise"

    Blast motion sensor is running $50 off and Pro 44 is running a 30% off sale. Some decent discounts for those products.

    My DW also uses a Canon T7i with lens from the stock camera package. Here is one of my favorite pic of a Power Carbon at work (yes it was sold by Core). this pic was from centerfield with the 300mm zoom. Would like to hear about better options for lenses.

    Maybe, check notes, try an Axe bat. There are no complaints about those breaking.

    Legal Bat

    Thanks for your reply. It is strange that they say a rule change is coming but never updated the actual rule book to include the equipment. If it isn't in the rule book, did the change happen?
