The tag was applied on the chest first. Then glove went up as the runner was starting to slide. I questioned if the runner could have been ejected for colliding with the fielder, and then making an attempt to slide.- HarryChimp71

Here’s DD at 14U PGF qualifiers. DD is at the end of a relay RF - 1B - C. The runner looked unsure if/how to slide at the plate. It was a hard collision. DD took a helmet to the jaw.- HarryChimp71

Need advice for catcher trying to get to the next level
