How do you encourage your kid??

My daughter is in her freshman year of college (DII) and is a pitcher . Her team isn't doing well, but she is getting a majority of the pitching time, which we are thankful for. They are toward the end of their season and she is spent. She's tired, stressed and not getting enough sleep. She says...

ERA and Innings Pitched..

Thanks.. I'm just curious how it all works. I was never interested in statistics, but now that my daughter is in college I'm trying to learn what it's all about.

ERA and Innings Pitched..

I'm not good with statistics, but I'm curious about era and innings pitched.. I'm not even sure how to ask the question..LOL! When looking at a pitcher's era do you also consider the number of innings they have pitched? For example..Pitcher one has pitched 100 innings with an era of 4.50 Vs...

Conference pitcher of the week..

I'm a lurker, however, I'm so excited about my daughter being named pitcher of the week for her conference, I just had to share... She's a freshman this year at a DII school. We're so proud of her!! 🤗❤️

The Sping Games College event live and streamed.. (Everyone but D1 teams)

So, the only way to see the games is on FloSoftball? My daughter will be down there and we weren't sure if the games would be streamed.
