Always better to take a few steps back when deep fly balls come in. Easier to correct it and run forward than it is to run backward!- Coachdean

Patience
I think the #1 thing for kids (at least ours) is to make sure they are having fun . When they're that young, if they are not having fun they will quit.It happened to me when I Was a kid...- Coachdean

Negative movement help.....
Lol! Show them the proper mechanics, get them to a batting cage, have them hit some easy balls for a while. It helps a lot !- Coachdean

Buying a pitching machine
I use a machine for practice. It's not the real deal but it helps me with my swing.
