    Ah yes.... this is a problem and will become toxic fast. So the thing that is most said on our field/practice by all the girls on my team is "Next Pitch!" ..... that's our mantra when we are struggling with anything. It's a signal that the game isn't over, the tourney isn't over, your playing...

    Need advice for catcher trying to get to the next level

    The catcher's throw is different than any other throw on the field. Make sure she is not using her 3rd base arm motion to catch.....it's hard to change and takes tons and tons of reps. But you can see someone who played catcher 20 yrs later with that arm motion still.

    I would have asked the catcher to go talk to the pitcher and the batter to go talk to her coach..... then cussed the umpire up and down. Then asked for the UIC. Just me.

    I would wait until she is healthy and ready to roll. There is plenty of teams who would look at a girl after season started who is coming off an injury. Typically there is too many teams and not enough girls. So let a few coaches know the situation and that you will be looking for a team once...

    1. You don't cut someone do to injury..... from a real travel ball coach. You have them sit on the bench and motivate your players while still paying due cause this stuff is expensive. 2.
