My daughter has a 33x23 that just sits in her bag...only used it the first year. She would tap her cleats when up to bat so the paint got chipped(1st year 14's w/ metal cleats)...other than that it could use a new grip. No dents and connexion is fine.
When she is home from practice I can...
Two girls on my daughter's team have broken 2 bats each. Last about a month. Good luck getting a replacement Meta since they don't have any. They will offer you an LXT with no refund on the $50 more the meta costs.
I feel everyone has a right to have their baptism wherever they should choose as religion is a personal belief. Personally the locker room is odd to me as I played hockey and that place always stunk. Out on the softball field would be cool.
My daughter has the Fuse2 in metal. You should apply some. They do have a little protection but not enough. Shes had Nike, Ringor, UnderArmor and these are the ones she says are most comfortable and lightweight.
I agree that it is crazy to pay for lessons for pitching at that age. I do however think every kid should practice pitching with their parent(s). Kids will think they are pitching, which they are, but they are actually learning to catch every time you throw the ball back to them without them...
My daughter's is Cheeks. When she was a baby she had no butt so her diaper would always fall down. As she grew up she was always smiling with big cheeks and it carried into softball. She even smiles while she is pitching...lol.
Hey @MNDad,
Looks like my daughters Moose team is playing your daughters team the first game at the Top Tier opener tourney on the 8th.
Let me know if you plan on going and will meet up and say hello.
Thought it was just my kid...My DD has turf Ringors that she uses indoors and her bunion always hurts after pitching. I put arch supports in there to see if it aligns her foot in her shoe any different. She's only used the supports twice so I will have to ask her if it helped.
We are not a very large organization but we have 33 numbers for each birth year in a 3 year cycle and then rotate. They keep their same number throughout.
For example:
2003's - 1-33
2004's -34-66
2005's - 67-99 with no 69 :)
2006's - 1-33
2007's - 34-66
.....

Not sure if anyone has been following the PHIT Act that has passed the congress and is waiting on the senate. Basically it allows you to use your pretax HSA account(with a limit) to pay for youth sports and safety equipment...Hopefully bats will count :) I would think this will pass the senate...
My daughter had this problem...hits to the fence when just practicing but the dink hits in games. I recorded her hitting in games and what we found was she was wanting to run to first to early and not finishing her swing. Told her to make sure she "sticks" the front leg and her next game she...
