Cannon I ve said that a million times and if you read my previous posts I clearly say that a lot of what TM teaches is the same as what Epstein was teaching via Ted Williams years ago. TM has wrapped it up in verbiage, repackaged it and acts like hes invented some new swing! The deltoid...- D Up

Most data is BS! We just had a MLB data guy at our camp. The analysis was a total joke! Some of the girls that cant hit a lick where getting great feedback. It was ridiculous All the dat can be manipulated and that's a fact. Never ever discount a good eye and never ever discount something...- D Up

The deltoid drill is used by EVERY HITTING GUY regardless of what camp they are in! Its a VERY good drill if you know what you are doing with it!- D Up

Kick it thru drill
activates the glutes...hard for girls to fire the glutes. If a kid is a leaker..dont do the drill. it all depends IMO- D Up

All of that being said. Rich is 10000000000 x better than that Howard Carrier garbage that is STILL being taught today! I am of the opinion the Epstein is the guy with the most credibility, professionalism and years under his belt!- D Up

TM believes that the hip doesn't rotate , but no more than a couple years ago he was stressing hip thrust! I would not recommend TM I would however recommend watching him for some of his content! He is a good content creator but he is very conflicting and scattered around. He is a god follow...- D Up

Ive seen less experienced guys teaching this TM crap and its down right pitiful You have a bunch of 10 year olds dumping rearward and tilting backwards and hitting the ball to the ceiling. It simply is not good for kids...NOT AT ALL. TM believes in a forced tilt. I do not!- D Up

Rich is the most confusing guy in the hitting world. He has conflicting teachings for sure He teaches a swivel and a laser up the ball. I have told him that the move is a blended move and a swivel is not a SNAP! He says you never uncoil, which is ridiculous and then says you uncoil when you...- D Up
