Clear cookies

Foot plant
So her curve didn't have the best movement on this one (mom whipped out camera too late). What I am curious about is that foot....to me it doesn't break contact and drags. Is this legal or not...- mimster9

Change up grip
Let's just acknowledge there are a million thoughts on this. So, I just got thrown a "curveball" by one of "my girls" travel pitching coaches. He has her gripping the ball almost like a rise. Ah 12-13 year olds. That wonderful age where they aren't little kids anymore, but they aren't as mature as high school players.
