Wrist Brace when batting
DD1 plays in college, she is a right handed batter and has a recurring left wrist injury...over use, etc... Yes, she’s done ALL the rehab stuff...and yes, she’s taping it now. What is the best wrist brace out there to use when hitting? Brand, model and why? Thanks!- slugger3

She's a 2020 She's been to 3 of their camps Yes, she got extra attention from the hitting coach, but at that time the head coach was somewhere else.- slugger3

How Many emails to send to a College Coach?
Thanks for the feedback! DD just wants to hear a "yes or no"... we are/are not interested... She is not one to give up easily, so she will keep sending emails until she gets the "yes or no" answer I know with practices and season starting soon, the coaches are very busy.- slugger3

How many emails are your DDs sending to a college coach before giving up? (or getting the point, that the school is not interested?) DD sent a video from to the coach, got a response after the first email (the hitting we taped was great), but the coach wanted more defensive video footage...- slugger3

Exit Velo
Yup...DD2 72 to 75 mph. DD1 a little higher. I absolutely believe your DD is hitting the ball 250’+ (But, I gotta tell ya man, with a 78 mph exit velocity...those balls are going farther than 250’ plus...) Go hit on a 275’ or 300’ field, and have someone mark the balls as they land But Up here...- slugger3

Does anyone have experience with the Bat Drag Buster?
Got one for DD2 and DD3. Even though they are fairly strong for their age/size, they just couldn't shake the batdrags... (That's a medical ailment ya know) :D Buy it...it worked for us...- slugger3

MN Dad, you are right in a sense. At NDSU, Trachsel was more of the defensive coach than a batting coach it seemed...(at least at the multiple camps we went to, and what the players said) But she's still the head coach.... Bringing Heifner in at MN, the batting average dropped around .040 across...- slugger3
