    Looking for some input from you fine folks that have walked this path before me. At what age/grade should dd begin contacting schools and coaches.     Do any of you guys measure bat / swing speed on your hitters? Not talking exit speeds but swing speeds, and if so what and how do you use this in evaluating your hitters? Are there benchmark speeds you look for them to be achieving at certain ages / levels

    Bat size too what if its too short???

    Dd got 2015 xeno last fall 31" drop 10. Loves the bat. Issue??? She grew 3 almost 4" since getting the bat in August and is now 5'5" tall 120lbs very strong young lady-second year 12u player. Bat may be a touch small now for her but bat speed is incredible with it and its obviously brand new...
