Pitching Speeds in WCWS
I pulled up this video of Alabama from just 2 years ago and was watching Kelsie Dunn pitch against Hawaii. Look at the pitching speeds posted on the tv monitor. 60-61 mph. She was/is a good pitcher who is not considered "slow". Now this year Trainor and Rickets are throwing 71-73. Does anyone...- CoachFP

Baserunning
I believe that very little time is devoted to proper baserunning by most coaches. I'd like to see what ideas are out there and what other coaches are doing to promote what is, other than pitching and defense, the most important aspect of the game (IMHO).- CoachFP
