Can anyone recommend some drills to help build a better Catcher?

I cannot recommend The Catching Camp enough for a young catcher. I see you are in CT? TCC usually hosts one of their weekend Road Trip camps in CT every winter. They don't have a CT camp posted yet, but I would assume they will have another this winter. They update their website when new...

Going rate for a practice catcher?

We had to go outside our organization to find any dads that would give up the bucket, but my daughter has been able to provide catching for a local pitching coach and it has worked out well for everyone. The PC had several students whose parents were dying to get off the bucket and my daughter...

high top cleats and/or mid cut cleats

My daughter wore the Mizuno Franchise 7 Mid molded baseball cleats last year and loved them. She had a second pair of another brand that were worn maybe twice. She'll go with another pair of these again this year I'm sure. It is a boys/ men's shoe but you can't tell by looking at it.

Waaaaaay OT...Barbecue Smokers?
