    Alliance changed the age cut off to September 1st?

    I'm one that hasn't cared about this at all. I still don't but... I think my daughter's team is still hoping to get a local September birthday girl who is everyone's same grade and pulling out of PGF tournaments.

    I hate the double X laced at the bottom of that web with 3/16" lace. The X's don't break but a side does because it's not 1/4". I guess if you can afford that glove you can afford to relace it every year.

    The Usssa Director around us usually charges the teams an extra "gate fee" that they pay and then nobody is actually charged at the door.

    How fast does a pitcher have to throw for teams to respect the hard pitches?

    My daughter played some 16b this year. The pitching was pretty hit and miss. The girls on that team would crush the slower pitching but look silly against girls near 60. It's not their fault, they rarely see it. At 14a the best pitcher we saw probably hungout around 60 but threw a change...

    When my kid was playing 12B I would hope they went with whatever was working. Those weren't a very consistent pitching year for any of them.

    They beat a really good Top Gun team 4-3. I had just never seen it happen. Almost every other batter the first basemen and the pitcher switched. I don't if know if they always do this or not.

    I watched a high-level A game this summer where the lefty pitcher pitched to every lefthanded batter, and the righty had the righthanders.

    Those do not look like the same pattern to me. And... I don't know what Morton is getting from these days. The traditional USA made pro 1000's were bowl like and would usually get a big wrinkle in the palm because of this.
