Parent of a 2027; I’m still relatively new to the world of travel softball (daughter has played for almost 4yrs - 10u and 12u). Currently she’s a second year 12u player but this year her team has played mainly 14u tourneys. I’m here to learn! And possibly help others in the future.

Time travels fast. Your daughter will be looking to be recruited in no time. We are from Chicago but daughter wants to play by you. You have some great schools and travel teams out your way. DD has subbed for Team NC (boy do they win a lot!) What a positive experience she had and I can't say enough about the coach taking a chance on letting her sub. (They did go 3-0 while subbing!) He also reached out and put a good word in with some coaches in the area trying to help my daughter get recruited. It was such a great experience she's going to sub again in a couple of weeks. So thankful for the hospitality of that coach/org.

Plus, my daughter has learned how use the word "Ya'll".

Thats awesome! Our girl has been to several college camps at this point and is still trying to figure out where she would want to be in a couple years.
Ironically my daughter plays for a Team NC team, it’s a great organization. Small small world.
