Phoenix and Tucson said at start of this month no out of state teams in tournaments. Tucson isn't even giving new field reservations right now and Phoenix proper canceled all existing tournaments for December on the 6 or 7 I think. It was suppose to be a 30 day thing. We'll see what happens next week.
