I always try and remind the folks that sit around my cameras, that the microphones are hot. Especially if it's the other team. Sometimes folks forget!
We've been playing with 360 cameras for no other reason than the game on the other side of the fence is a whole 'nother world. 
Over the years I've edited out some pretty nasty audio. One game in particular parents from the opposing team pulled me aside after a drag out game and politely asked me to not post the audio. I posted the game with video only. Never did listen to what they were saying.
My favorite is when someone realizes they have been trashing a coach or a player for the whole game and then realize they have been recorded the whole time.

Reason #1000 to sit in the OF..
I grew up playing hockey. And it amazed me how parents acted and what they said (yelled). So I was somewhat prepared for when my DD picked up softball. But some things I hear still amaze me....even when she was playing 10u!
We purposefully sit down the foul line so we don’t have to hear it. OF might be even better!
