team admin accounts cannot watch the "live" only the archived games...
i hope this changes but i believe this is by design
from the website under products and pricing , under team account,
"They can live score and live stream their games and maintain all their advanced team and player stats "
watching live stream is not listed here even though it is listed under fan and org accounts....
Were you at Tyger River too? Or at another facility. We were good Friday as well and then the shirt hit the fan during the weekend.
Scoring was not better. I was scoring both on GC and AGL. Eventually I had to stop on AGL, because it couldn't keep up. But I had to keep the game open so we wouldn't lose video feed.
Nope. Never heard of it.
I can't imagine trying to do both at the same time. I am very GC fluent, but too much effort is needed for AGL, even when it's working properly.
This is what I resigned to doing.
Start the game and score the first pitch.
Then I abandoned scoring via AGL because, well, it's not a viable tool for this, honestly.
But keep the app and game active...
When game has ended, I end the game in the AGL scoring software.
This allows the vid stream to "archive".
Side note: I did receive what basically amounts to an apology email from AGL over the weekend, acknowledging the issues we have all encountered. And that they are working toward a fix.
