Some like to play the word games when the patterns don't match in hopes they can become relevant to there followers.

This is a real problem you have. Where did I say turn the BB first. Go back and re read the stuff I have posted lately. Nice try, though.
A problem I have? Seriously...you just wrote this 45 minutes ago!!
Move the area around your belly button first.
Are you going to squabble that the "area around your BB" is not the same as the "BB" itself...or that "move" is not the same as "turn" as you wrote saying...
Get your lead foot down for leverage then turn your middle first.
C'mon, really now? The only "problem", is you not remembering what you just wrote within the past couple of hours. 🤷‍♂️

The king of squabbling can’t figure it out.

And right back to diverting, deflecting we go.

Y'all need to huddle up the crew, and figure out a common talking point, instead of being all over the place with "first" starting the swing with the "obliques", the "middle", the "belly button", or any other the mystical and magical body parts you've all come us with over the years.

If you're asking me to answer questions for you to help you better understand the concepts or the questions asked of you I'll be more than happy to do that. So...

Move the area around your belly button first.

Doesn't sound like you agree.
We've already been over both of these, so I'll move on.

Can you make your belt loops turn first if you are moving the ToB first? Or is the BoT that moves the belt loops.
The ToB turning within the BoT does the moving, it's not an either/or proposition, both are needed. But sequentially, if that's the question, then yes, the ToB is the first thing to start that particular movement.

Can you create hip extension if the BoT moves while the ToB stays put?
No. That would be the front (top) side trying to drag the rear side forward if I'm understanding the question correctly.

This question? "If pelvis turns forward ahead of the rear leg is that hip extension?"
The rear leg is turning the pelvis forward...and that movement is called "hip extension". Does that answer the question, or did I not understand it correctly, or do I need to try to expound on it further?

One pattern allows for sitting off-speed a natural progression due to the sequence.

Honestly thanks for the reply. But I am asking if the pelvis rotates away from the rear leg is that hip extension?
