I could be wrong but the way American Legion is set up it, e.g. a local season with just single games then into district,state,regional etc tournaments, they don't make nearly as much money as the TB model. Right or wrong, it seems to me most TB TDs are only going to cancel if they have to e.g. stay at home orders force them to or not enough teams sign up to put on a tournament...Like I said in another thread, left up to their own devices many people (and that includes coaches and parents) are going to play as soon as they able to regardless of whether it is safe to do so...If you don't believe this, go read some of the various local softball social media outlets..
