Would like to see someone do this by weighting their front leg first then swinging. Thank you.

I am not condoning one way or the other, just curious what wasn't good about it? The production quality or the content? And if content, what parts in particular so that i don't confuse DD? Thanks.
I did not like the chicken winging. I also did not like a lot of the swings with the hands way in front of the rear elbow.

Do you have examples of professionals swinging with the lead arm pronation that was demonstrated?

The follow up description of this lead arm pronation being critical to staying through the ball is not correct. Instead the top hand passes beyond the bottom hand.

The last time I saw his stuff he was confused about which elbow actively did all the work (post toe touch). In his view the front elbow actively works up. In my view, and what MLB hitters do, the rear elbow works down (and supinates), and the front elbow simply passively rotates with the torso (and only goes 'up' because the front shoulder goes from down to up as the torso rotates).

Notice that many/most times he and his demo student won't get the rear elbow down to the belt. You can skip the 'tilt' and light commands if you simply take the elbow down to the belt AS you rotate (the elbow should drop to same level about halfway around). Most people tilt already, they just stop the rear elbow about 3-5 inches from the belt.

It seems like a small difference, but it's not.

Most people tilt already

Do you find this to be true?

A lot of the value I find with TM is his attempt (you can judge him successful or not) to find ways to teach elements of the swing that often don't get taught and thus often don't get put in place by hitters unless they figure it out themselves by trial and error -- some hitters do but many hitters never learn by trial....Tilt, hand pivot, stretch, rearward launch vs. push forward etc.

I think most hitters have no idea about any of these concepts or why they are important -- nor do almost all hitting instructors I've ever encountered (though that is changing).

So agree or disagree, like or hate, call him honest or a troll, I think there's a teaching orientation worth admiring (and stealing from, whole cloth or bits and pieces).

I watched both lessons on twitter. As I have mentioned before, I am not an HI member. What I know about Rich and his theories came from DFP, BBD, and BBF. I thought I had a pretty good understanding of his overall theory, but was missing how some of the thoughts fit together. These lessons actually helped provide some clarity to me. I found some value in watching... I have no interest in debating pros and cons concerning it, as I have found most people already have their minds made up and are more interested in arguing than having a legitimate discussion.
