I have posted on here about how DD has T.O.S. and how its keeping her from playing this year and the college she will be attending in the fall typically just has Freshman try out, rather than recruit them.
I found out today that coach is retiring and there will be a new coach that hasn't been hired yet.
so DD hasn't lost any time as far as not being able to have the official visit and tryout last fall. everyone is new to this coach so DD will be starting equal with everyone else, except for the "affliction" that will be keeping her from playing in the fall.
I usually hear about this from the other end where a kid has been talking to a coach, maybe verballed and then, oh by the way, I'm leaving.
I'll be checking the website and as soon as the new coach is hired, she can engage in correspondence!
