Can anyone explain the NJCAA redshirting rules/ protocol? I'm in my final year at my JUCO and will likely be redshirting with a season ending injury. How would this work regarding transfer into the NCAA, and what is required to redshirt. The NJCAA website is not the most clear on this, and I can't even seem to find the appropriate link.

I would think it would be too late in the season to redshirt, but what do I know. Why don't you talk to your coach? The Job of Juco coach is to set you up to for the 2nd phase of playing college softball....right? They should be able to answer these questions.
