Our team has been invited to play at a local exposure camp. This will be our teams 1st time in a camp like this. 4 teams, 2 days of playing. What should our girls expect? Is there any kind of paper work each girl should take along. I know a lot of you guys have been through these camps, just looking for some heads up so we can be somewhat prepared.

At the minimum I would have a recruiting flier that gives an overview of all the players on the team. Individual profile sheets would also be nice in case coaches inquire.

I prefer the profiles all together as one. This way I just grab it and not have to go grab 13 different sheets. But yes please bring profiles. I have been to two showcases this year and I ask for profiles and coaches say they don't have them. I don't understand that.

I was faced with a similar situation at a showcase earlier this year. A coach walked up to me during a game and asked for information about our CF because he didn't see a profile for her. Unfortunately, while a very good player, she has no interest in playing in college and therefore didn't create a profile. I have a "roster" profile that lists everyone on the team; name, number, grad year, committed status and some other info. Then we have individual profiles for those that are actively recruiting. But since I have 3 2016 players (already in college) and 2 2017 players (already committed), the individual profiles only include the 2018 players. And 2 of them don't intend to play in college, so they are not included.

The recruiting flier should have all players basic info on one sheet. Individual player profiles are much more in depth and there is not way anyone can get 12+ players on one page.

I had a coach this week give me a book on his team. Each page had each player with in-depth details about the player.

If every TB coach handed out a book of their team you would need a duffle bag to carry it all, not to mention the costs to produce several hundred color copies of the book.
