Is she SEC good? P5? I would create a top-10 and have 2-3 dream schools, 4-5 reasonable choices and 2-3 fallback plans. The top-10 will change as your DD goes through the recruiting process. If memory serves me correctly there were no schools on my DD's initial top-10 that were still on her final top-10.

I don't know if she's SEC good. I've been told she has P5 potential. But who knows.
I'll take your advice and have her put together a list. The tricky part might be that she's 14. I'm not sure if she knows colleges besides Florida State, Nebraska, Oklahoma, etc.

There won't be a HC from a P5 at a Hardin camp. Possibly an AC but more likely a graduate assistant.
